Trillion Technology Solutions is looking to hire a Desktop Device Analyst for one of our contracts in DC
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. A minimum of two years' IT service at enterprise level, preference of three years' experience providing overall IT customer service.
Minimum AS / AA degree (or equivalent), related industry certifications (e.g. ITILv3).
