Senior Enterprise Architect
Trillion is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect (EA) for an opportunity supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Trillion provides a wide range of Health IT services to include EA and is currently on task to provide EA services CMS-wide. We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can work with our team to support multiple workstreams, providing consultative and SME services for the CMS Division of Enterprise Architecture.
This is a hybrid position so candidates must be in the DMV area
Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Recommend approaches for CMS to provide enterprise-level analysis to support various strategic and management decisions
- Serve as the primary advisor to senior- and executive-level CMS clients on matters related to development and management of the agency's EA
- Provide ongoing domain level analysis of the CMS initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Work with a team of subordinate EAs in the development and delivery of EA-related services and products
- Provide ongoing domain level analysis of impacts of new legislation and CMS rules and regulations on CMS initiatives, programs, and projects
- Lead the integration of the client's EA planning processes with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), portfolio management and related Governance processes
- Facilitate Architecture Compliance reviews
- Research and recommend trends and innovative approaches in EA and the supporting technologies and analysis in response to CMS' evolving strategic direction and changing business needs.
- Support CMS with proof of concept activities on trends and innovative approaches in EA and the supporting technologies and analysis in response to CMS' evolving strategic direction and changing business needs.
- Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy
- Integrates and translates complex concepts into tactical action plans
