Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a full service construction firm in Arkansas. As a Project Manager in the construction industry, you will oversee day-to-day operations on construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Youll collaborate with a team of professionals, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and keep projects on track.
Responsibilities :
- Review project plans, estimate costs, and manage bids.
- Prepare necessary paperwork such as submittals, cost breakdowns, and subcontractor approvals.
- Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and other important -documents.
- Oversee project scheduling and coordinate with Superintendents to meet deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay on track and within scope.
- Handle subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and purchase orders.
- Track changes to projects and manage all change order requests.
- Ensure all required documentation, including invoices and lien waivers, is processed accurately.
- Keep in regular contact with the Project Owner and Architect / Engineer throughout the project.
- Manage project closeout and ensure all final documents and punch list items are completed.
