Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Civil Superintendent for a well established EPC Contractor specializing in solar.
They have multiple projects in the Richmond, Williamsburg and Norfolk area. This is a Direct Hire role with full benefits, vehicle, and a competitive salary up to $125k/year and per diem if necessary.
The Senior Civil Superintendent diligently plans, directs, and oversees the site work construction of projects. As a critical part of the delivery team, the Senior Civil Superintendent is accountable for civil construction outcomes of the project. They will develop civil construction and strategies during preconstruction and will monitor, manage, and drive civil construction aspects to stay on budget and schedule while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and design

Qualifications:
-At least two (2) years experience in Utility Solar PV construction, commercial electrical contracting, civil work, or general contracting preferred
-OSHA 30 preferred
-Detailed understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering drawings preferred
