Trillium is in search of a qualified Civil Superintendent or Construction Manager to supervise the environmental cleanup and remediation of sediment discharges stemming from the construction of a solar facility.
This project scope is for sediment clean up, slope & embankment repair, wetlands remediation, and stabilization of affected areas. Work is located in Garys Corner, Virginia and will last for 6 Months – with option to hire full time. Work is expected to start Jan 13 2025.
Our Client has been contracted to clean up and stabilize multiple locations of sediment discharges and major embankment erosion around the LOD of an operational solar facility. The solar facility is comprised of 14 Storm water basins and 9 areas of sediment discharge requiring clean up. Wetlands have been impacted in multiple areas.

Skill sets
- Civil : Highly knowledgeable in the civil trade required, specifically erosion and sediment control and storm water management facility construction. Previous experience leading environmental clean up efforts strongly preferred. Stream restoration experience preferred.
- VA-DEQ : Knowledgeable of the VA DEQ regulations and DEQ SWM / ESC Handbook (green book)
- Detail Orientation : Strong attention to detail, and moderate computer skills required as this role must generate detailed daily reports of the work.
