Trillium Construction is seeking an Industrial Project Manager for our client—a leading provider of air preheater system maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) services for the power generation, cogeneration, pulp and paper, and cement industries.

The Industrial Project Manager will oversee the execution and performance of assigned projects, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and ensure the timely completion of project documentation. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the company and is responsible for effective communication, inventory management, and the identification of new business opportunities.
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily operations and needs of assigned projects.
-Review project requirements to ensure materials and components meet specifications.
-Oversee project costs and schedules, ensuring alignment with targets and budgets.
-Monitor project scopes and develop change orders as necessary.
-Handle all project communication, scheduling updates, and document transmittals.
-Regularly update project schedules and statuses.
-Conduct regular team meetings to coordinate activities and optimize productivity.
-Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure projects remain on track.
-Track labor hours vs. estimates, proactively addressing cost overruns.
-Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
-Identify and relay potential business opportunities to the COO or Sales Director.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the COO or CEO.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
