Salary:
- Project Manager: $100k - $150k
- Senior Project Manager: $160k - $190k

Project Manager:
The Project Manager will lead multi-craft EPC projects up to $50M, overseeing all phases of construction including engineering, procurement, and execution. The PM will ensure safety, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Oversee safety protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead constructability reviews and ensure project standards are met.
- Manage project scope, risk, and opportunities; handle change orders.
- Oversee subcontract and procurement processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure successful project closeout.
Senior Project Manager:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee multi-craft EPC projects up to $50M and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including safety, quality, financials, and client relations. This role also involves leading larger teams and driving high-level project success.

- Lead project teams, establish goals, define roles, and ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Serve as the primary client contact, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.

- Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Supervise project teams and ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders.
- Lead the development and management of master schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage material procurement, risk identification, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure proper documentation control, track project progress, and report status to stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance with contract terms.
Qualifications for Both Roles:
- Project Manager: 5-7 years of experience in construction management or project engineering.
- Senior Project Manager: 10 years of experience, particularly with EPC projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects up to $50M and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6).
- Willingness to travel up to one week per month.
