Residential Program at our Portland Metro location
Residential treatment provides 24 / 7 care and intensive therapy to address mental health needs. It offers three levels of carePsychiatric Residential, Subacute, and Secure Adolescent Inpatient. Residential therapists get to work with acute behaviors and diagnoses in a supportive and teaching environment, similar to working at a teaching hospital.
Salary :
- unlicensed : no experience required starting at $68,320 (Depending on Experience)
- Licensed : in State of Oregon starting at $73,120 (Depending on Experience)
- We provide free In-House Licensure Supervision which on average could cost up to $100.00 / hour saving the employee thousands of dollars a year.
Flexible 40 hour per week work schedule
