Your Role:
Quality & Training Improvement Coordinator
- Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing tasks related to the HR/Training/Quality Departments in support of improving agency training standards, agency compliance, performance improvement and agency initiatives. Provides support for the Training and Safety Director and Director of Quality Improvement. Position requires flexibility with changing priorities, scope of work and ability to adapt to others’ schedules. Frequent travel between all TFS facilities, in personal auto, is required.
- Fulltime 40 hours/week (flexible schedule)
- Position can be home based at the Portland or Corvallis location (must be an Oregon/Washington resident with the ability for occasional on-site office hours)
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or related relevant work experience required
- 1-2 years’ experience in office environment. Experience facilitating trainings and presenting detailed, complex information in front of large groups.
- Excellent presentation skills to large groups or individuals; computer skills: word processing, data entry and spreadsheet software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, word processing and data entry
- Superior written communication skills.
- Position requires valid driver's license for the state of residence and an acceptable driving record. Current certification as an NCI, CPR and First Aid Trainer as directed by Training Director is preferred.
