Tanker Loader

Job Summary:

The Tanker Loader is a job that consists of driving a semi-truck, sanitation, operating the control system, some quality control and completion of paperwork. Work is subject to general supervision through inspections and review of results of work.

• Must be able to perform all job duties of the position. Must be able to reach, bend, twist and lift above the head. Also, must be able to work in various climate conditions.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Tanker Loader drive the Semi Truck, park the tanker in the tanker bay, sanitize the Tanker after the QA swab the tanker's internal surface,
• If the Swab result came out bad, and if the Tanker was dirty, the Tanker loader will perform the CIP Process to the Tanker
• CIP= cleaning and Sanitation, this process includes chemical mixing, operating the CIP via the control screen and Chemical titration,
• After filling the tanker, the tanker loader will seal the Top opening of the tanker and the filling valve with the seal cable.
• The Tanker Loader is a Job of Driving a Semi Tuck, Sanitation, operating control system, some Quality control, and some paperwork.
• The tanker Loader handle 4 to 6 Tankers per day.
• Helps prepare the breaker to start in the morning, help during the breaker wash down, and during Candler breaks.
• Tanker loader is responsible for keeping the Tanker Bay clean and free from Flies.
