Purpose of Role :

The IT Business Systems Manager for Business & Information Systems will oversee and manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of all business-critical IT systems for our North American operations. This role includes responsibilities for e-commerce, AI initiatives, SaaS applications, and ERP systems, ensuring that these solutions are aligned with our organizational goals and drive operational excellence.

Strategic Planning & System Management

• Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of business systems across North America, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and support for our pump manufacturing site operations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that leverages AI, SaaS, and ERP solutions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support business growth.
• Develop and execute IT strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives to align with business goals and drive digital transformation in North American operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, support, and solutions to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and global IT teams to identify technology needs, prioritize projects, and implement IT solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency

California Annual Compensation Range : $ 120,000 - $160,000 (DOE).

This role is also eligible to participate in the organization's annual discretionary bonus plan program, which is based on individual and company performance.
