We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager to assist the Director of Engineering in managing the resources of our engineering department. The goal is to develop new and existing products that meet customer requirements and improve our performance and capabilities, creating a competitive advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational engineering support to the business, including the preparation and communication of engineered products performance metrics, and managing performance to achieve KPI targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams with representation from engineering and other company departments to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions to chronic problems, design and complete process studies, and start-up/qualify new processes, programs, and products.
- Ensure process data is properly reviewed and studied to identify process and product trends. Present results, findings, and recommendations to Business Team members.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects. Recommend action plans to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to the Quality Program.
- Ensure compliance with the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management system.
- Represent Engineering during applicable audits such as ISO/PED/NIAC/NUPIC.
- Deputize for the Director of Engineering, representing the entire Engineering Function as required.
- Represent the Engineering Function internally and externally, which may include domestic and international travel.
- Be reasonably available during off hours as required.
- BS in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in the fluid power industry.
- PE (Professional Engineer) designation is desirable but not required.
