Purpose : The Grant Writer will work in partnership with the Supervisor, Grants Management to perform grant-related activities at Trillium Health, including writing proposal narratives and overseeing the submission of grant proposals. Ability to comprehend and make inferences from written material and systematically compile information to prepare proposals; review the work products of others to ensure conformance to standards; communicate with strong oral and written skills and a proven ability to effectively interface and work with individuals within and outside of the organization; work effectively and collaborate with a variety of staff at all levels in the organization, governmental representatives, and foundation program officers.
