The Floor Care Technician performs various floor care and custodial tasks including scrubbing/buffing floors, stripping and waxing, and extracting carpets. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A
valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience
required.
- Previous
floor care experience preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Strips,
waxes, and buffs tile floors in public areas using appropriate floor care equipment.
- Vacuums
hallways and public areas.
- Performs daily spot checking and removes any spots/stains on carpets.
- Cleans
carpets using carpet extractor and cleans various public areas.
- Moves furniture to clean floors or hard to reach areas as needed.
- Operates TANDEM LIVING company vehicle as needed.
