CURRENT OPENINGS:
*Part-time 1:30PM-10:00PM: 64 hours biweekly
-Part-time positions also available; positions require every other weekend & holiday
-POOL "as needed" positions
The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides direct care for residents in a manner that maintains their dignity and well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Current
CPR Certification or the ability to become CPR certified.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Addresses
the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed.
- Assists
in transporting residents who require assistance.
- Distributes
food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident’s room neat and tidy.
- Completes
and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.
- Monitors
and reports health changes of residents.
