Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity in Troy, MI for a Network Infrastructure Project Manager.
Job Duties:
-Will be managing network infrastructure (copper and fiber design and install) projects.
-Reports directly to one of the owners for compensation and related matters.
-Meets monthly with managing partners to review financial performance and project status.
-Will have customer interaction for sales, management, updates, estimates, scope definition etc.
-Identifies the customers’ needs, reflecting it in estimates and scopes of work and communicates it to the team as needed.
-Has overall responsibility for profitability on projects.
-Responsible for the successful management of a project from inception to completion.
-Should be a problem solver, not just a problem identifier Some specifics.
-Performs estimates and builds cost models.
-Management of project related materials and equipment
-Purchasing Coordinating deliveries Returns.
-Reviews job sites and develops scopes of work
-Creates bills of materials
-Creates layouts and installation processes
-Manages labor resources as part of the team of project managers
-Supports foreman and installers with information and direction
-Ensures the right information is reaching the right people, will have to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Creates proposal letters and ongoing project management communications.
-Trouble shooting and problem solving on their projects
-College education preferred, Familiar with installation process.
7-10years’ experience as a PM.
-Should have experience in designing and managing the installation and maintenance of IP surveillance systems, access control systems, door hardware components and related electrical systems. -Proficient with MS Office suite of programs.
-Familiar with and understands CAD drawings (not the creation of, just reading and reviewing)
