Trillium has an immediate Direct Hire opening for a Logistics Supervisor in Dublin, OH!
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for both domestic and international distribution and delivery of goods. This will include coordinating the shipment of goods, ensuring customer and client satisfaction, applying new strategies to streamline shipping processes, and managing two shipping associates.
Responsibilities:
• Managing logistics and transportation for all goods.
• Planning routes and processing shipments.
• Negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Tracking the quality, cost, and efficiency of the movement of goods.
• Maintaining metrics to assess performance and implementing improvements.
• Resolving any problems related to logistics.
• Complying with all laws and regulations including export control.
• Supervising two shipping associates.
Salary will be $69,000. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
