Awesome Contract-to-Hire opening for a Manufacturing Engineer with a manufacturing company in North Aurora, IL!
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, including implementing process improvements, ensuring product quality, and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
• Create and update documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to production goals are met.
This position will be working on-site at the North Aurora location. Hours are 8am-5pm with some opportunity for overtime if desired.
Salary range will be $28-38/hr (or about $60-80,000 annually) depending on experience.
This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with the goal being to join the team as a permanent employee!

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
