This role is responsible for developing new business in the Tidewater area of Virginia (including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, and Williamsburg).

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch/Sales Manager
- Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager's expectations
- Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting
Compensation:
- $45-50,000 annual base salary commission.
- Commission averages $10-12,000 the first year with growth in following years
- Guaranteed commission negotiable for the first 6 months
- Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500
- Total annual compensation averages $60-68,000 in the first year

Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience required (outside sales preferred, but inside sales will be considered as well)
