The Receptionist will greet and welcome guests, serve as a concierge for meals, drinks, etc. You will answer the primary phone line, direct inquiries, monitor voicemail and emails, and facilitate any internal or external communications. This position will assist in coordinating meeting room schedules, travel schedules, event and meal planning and similar. You will be a support associate for all internal associates, guests and clients.
The Administrative Receptionist will be working in the downtown office, and parking is included!
This is a 32-hour per week position, and the work schedule is 8:00am-4:00pm Monday - Thursday. The pay rate is $25/hr.

Qualifications:
-Have proven professional communication skills
-Be comfortable interacting with individuals at all professional levels, including c-suite and elected officials
-Have strong computer skills including MS Office and web-based applications
-Bring similar experience in a service minded reception role in a professional business setting
