Job duties and Responsibilities :
- Works closely with the design team in the pre-development stages which includes proposals, demonstrations, reviewing the scope of work, providing input of construction techniques and best practices, developing cost effective projects, and a schedule for completion.
- Develops and prepares conceptual estimates from design documents and / or narratives.
- Tracks and manages material take-off prior to construction.
- Responsible for scheduling subcontractors, managing purchase order deliveries, and verifying quantities
- Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects.
- Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
