Our client designs, manufactures, and installs innovative renewable energy solutions, specializing in transforming outdoor parking lots and garages into power plants.
They are now looking to bring on a Construction Manager in Minnesota for a project in Eden Prairie and surrounding areas. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $90k - $120k. Full benefits include medical, vision, dental, unlimited vacation days, 401k, company truck / allowance, and gas card.
Duties include :
- Assure compliance with contracts and contract documents.
- Assure projects are built per schedule, per specifications and on budget.
- Assure all personnel on site are following safety procedures, identify problems, provide solutions and conflict resolution.
- Ownership for production, organization, and coordination of all trades on site.
- Update all documents related to project.
