Now Hiring a Construction Superintendent position is to oversee all aspects of field production for our Multi Family or Commercial Construction Projects.
This position is for an experienced Superintendent who will be on-site directing day-to-day operations. This is a direct role in Northwest Arkansas with no travel involved. Salary : Up to $130,000.00 per year, full benefits, $900 / mo vehicle allowance.
The Superintendent has primary responsibility for the day-to-day production of all construction operations on-site, while managing the Subcontractor schedule progress. The ability to oversee that our scheduled production is achieved safely while holding all accountable for maintaining quality control is mandatory.

Education / Experience :
- 8 years of Commercial or Multi Family Construction Superintendent or a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Mgt or Engineering (a related degree)
