We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in a temp-to-hire position. This is a first shift position. Pay rate is $20 / hr.

- Must have strong sales and customer service experience
- Must be knowledgeable about current promotions and make recommendations based on customers needs.
- Must be able to answer questions about products, pricing and availability. Must also be knowledgeable regarding returns and payment policies.
- Must have strong multitasking skills and be organized and have the ability to plan and follow through.
- Must also be able to call contact prospective customers.
- Must be strong in both written and oral communication and have strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to manage difficult situations calmly and be able to resolve problems and offer solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to stay focused and logged into phone system during scheduled shifts with the exception of break times.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Experience with programs MOM and MAGENTA are preferred
