Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity for a Engineering Construction Group Manager Transportation.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of the Chicagoland or Crown Point area. Pay is $160k / year.
Job duties :
- You'll manage and administer transportation construction projects, oversee and manage all construction staff to the highest efficiency and strengths.
- You'll assist with business development & project pursuit management.
- You'll assist with client coordination and overall planning.
- You have team skills, communication skills, leadership and human resources management skills.
- You'll be responsible for overall construction project coordination (internal and external).
- You will provide work assignments and review performance to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
- You must be able to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
- You must be able to complete weekly / monthly reports on work progress, as well as conduct status meetings with the department / division manager to update status on the schedule and budget.
- You'll coordinate and direct staff and subconsultants.
- You'll perform direct reports performance reviews
