Now hiring a Millwork Estimator for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Millwork Estimator for a well established industry leader in manufacturing of custom commercial furniture, architectural millwork and retail fixtures.
Annual salary is $ 45-70k.
Job Duties :
- Work directly with an assigned Sales / Project Manager to produce proposals to potential customers.
- Organize and produce quote requests for material suppliers.
- Detail material quantities for order after the project is awarded.
- Produce shop drawings and material submittals.
- Manage estimating process from request for proposal to internal review of completed proposals.
- Knowledge of how to read plans, perform take-offs, and create accurate proposals
