Trillium has an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Columbus!
We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated 24 / 7 maintenance crew. In this role, there are no on-call responsibilities, but you will be responsible for the upkeep of a large property featuring multiple retail and office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set in facilities maintenance and possess multi-craft abilities, including expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities :
- Working with single & 3 phase electrical systems (no high voltage exposure)
- Plumbing and HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Building and grounds sprinkler systems repairs and maintenance
- Use of Fire Access Control Panels
Schedule is 2nd Shift / Tuesday - Saturday / 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM. Pay rate is $24.00 - $29.00 per hour DOE.
