Unique direct hire opportunity for an experienced Golf Course and Grounds Superintendent!
Golf Course Superintendent will be a hands on manager of small 3 hole course in Sheboygan Falls as well as other general grounds maintenance duties. These will include performing maintenance on golf course and associated equipment, irrigation maintenance and repair, assisting with building maintenance, snow removal and fleet maintenance / mgt. The Superintendent will also manage 3rd party contractors and seasonal personnel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has performed Golf Course Maintenance to move into a supervisory role!
Pay range will be $23-$24 / hr with a shift premium. Schedule will be M-F 6 : 00a-2 : 30p typically with some flexibility needed.
To be successful in this role, the Golf Course Superintendent will have :
- 3 yrs experience in Golf Course Maintenance
- Any experience managing contractors is a plus
- Proven experience in a self direct role with minimal supervision
