What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Painter position at Trillium Staffing?
Trillium Staffing is now seeking experienced Industrial Painters for a local railcar facility!
Painters will work Monday-Friday 5 : 00 A.M.-1 : 30 PM and overtime as needed. The pay rate for painters will start at $19 / hour but could go up depending on experience. Job duties will include but not limited to : applying solvent and water-based / epoxy enamel paints to exterior and interior of railcars.

- Must pay attention to detail, be able to prep the rail car with caulking, tape, masking, etc. so it’s ready to be painted.
- Each painter must have experience using spray paint and hand painting techniques.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests and have a valid Drivers License.
