Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer- Powder Coating in Fayetteville, AR.
Specific Responsibilities Include :
- Learn and become a process expert of an assigned manufacturing area, including machine, robotic, and manual workstations
- Mentors Supervisors and employees within the department to solve problems to improve manufacturing processes
- Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to address issues with greater scope
- Identifies and escalate issues that require further capital investment and / or design resources through the appropriate management channel
- Improve system designs for better safety and production efficiency
- Develop and execute in-house testing procedures
- Perform data collection and analysis
- Shows initiative in gaining and maintaining the skills, abilities, and knowledge required to perform this position in at least a fully qualified and satisfactory manner
- Other project work and tasks as assigned
