We are seeking an Ag Millwright Superintendent to oversee construction activities at various work sites in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety protocols, managing project scope and schedule, and coordinating equipment and material delivery. This role also involves resolving contract disputes and arranging order changes as needed.
Responsibilities
-Supervise and direct daily construction activities at work sites.
-Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, project budget, and time frame.
-Coordinate with contractors to complete projects efficiently.
-Resolve disputes and arrange order changes when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
-Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field.
-Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the millwright industry.
-Leadership skills to direct and manage a team of millwrights effectively.
-Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
