Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and lean manufacturing principles, with experience in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to optimize production efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure successful adoption
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement in the fabrication or manufacturing industries. A Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification is preferred, as well as project management and leadership skills.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $95-120,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a full benefits package, paid time off, insurance, and 401K.
