What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Coordinator position at Trillium Staffing?
Trillium Construction is now hiring for a local safety coordinator in the East Point GA area.
Pay up tp $37 an hour depending on experience.
Job duties :
- Assist with oversight of and administration of all functions of company, client, and Federal / State / Local regulatory environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Perform jobsite safety observations and inspections to identify hazards, potential risk, and non-compliance to safety requirements and actively participate in the abatement of those items.
- Communicate results of observations and inspections with the NGP EHS Manager, internal company management and client representatives as required.
- Assist with the facilitation of EHS Training programs for all levels of employees.
- Assist with incident investigations for work site incidents and injuries, identification of root causes and development of corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Assist with the management of work site injuries and assist with injury case management as needed.
- Develop or assist with the development of safety plans for projects and tasks performed on jobsites.
