Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Virtual Member Services Manager for direct-hire in Grand Blanc!
The Manager oversees video center and support services operations, improving systems, leading teams, and enhancing customer experience.
Essential Functions :
- Develops operational strategies through needs assessments, technology evaluation, and process improvements.
- Builds and maintains a well-trained, motivated team to meet service demands.
- Provides financial management support to assist customers with solutions for their needs.
- Manages hiring, training, performance, and policy enforcement.
- Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Tracks performance data, analyzes trends, and implements improvements.
- Stays current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Identifies and supports marketing opportunities.
- Ensures compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
- Supports team development and goal achievement in service quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Travels occasionally to other locations and events as needed.
- Maintains a professional, positive image and promotes credit union products and services.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM, primarily in-office. Salary is $93,000 - $103,000 per year.
