The Role
Trillium Surveyor is seeking a motivated and qualified Software Engineering Intern to join our innovative technology team for Summer 2025. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and learning capital markets through the lens of trade surveillance. Working closely with our experienced Software Engineers, you will contribute to enhancing and expanding our platform through code development, testing, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of our leading class trade surveillance software solutions primarily using C and Python.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize and refine surveillance algorithms.
- Support system performance improvements and scalability enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and project planning discussions.
- Conduct research and develop technical solutions to improve software functionality.
- Document and maintain clear records of project progress, code changes, and system modifications.
- Join us for exciting outings such as Mets games with box seats, golf at Battleground Country Club, mentor dinners, and field trips to Bloomberg HQ and the NYSE.
- Participate in hands-on training with a full class of Trillium interns.
