The Role
Trillium Surveyor is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Technical Account Management Intern to support our client-facing operations for Summer 2025. As a Technical Account Management Intern, you will work closely with our Technical Account Managers to ensure client success and assist with technical aspects of account management, while informing prioritization, data analytics, marketing, and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to deliver effective client solutions.
- Assist with the analysis and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights for client presentations and proposals.
- Support the creation of marketing and communications materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in technical account management tasks, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by gathering and analyzing market data.
- Ensure documentation accuracy with attention to detail in all communications and project materials.
- Join us for exciting outings such as Mets games with box seats, golf at Battleground Country Club, mentor dinners, and field trips to Bloomberg HQ and the NYSE.
- Participate in hands-on training with a full class of Trillium interns.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in trade surveillance and regulatory compliance within capital markets is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving client needs.
