Position Summary:
Trillium is looking for a Seasonal Security team member to join our team at our Canton location. This position will play an integral role in ensuring the safety of all guests and staff, while providing exceptional customer service during service and events.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and friendly verbal greeting.
- Identify potential issues and respond in a proactive manner
- Communicate any potential issues to management with a sense of urgency as needed
- Monitor crowd to ensure safety and the number of guests and staff does not exceed location capacity
- Check guest identification whenever age restrictions are enforced
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Desired Qualifications & Abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Preferred experience in a similar role in an upscale bar environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays.
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
