We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other related equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Ensure that all customer transactions are completed in a timely manner.
