Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Programmer to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting new and existing applications to automate workflows or process. Candidate should have expertise in Microsoft applications including but not limited to : Copilot, Edge, Editor, Excel, Forms, Lists, Loop, Mesh, Outlook, One Drive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, SharePoint, Visio, and Word.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in systems development methodologies, and a proven track record of working on complex projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, implement, enhance, maintain, and support new and existing applications to automate workflows or process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design, and implement features
- Develop and modify web-based applications, client-server applications, and OS scripts for process automation.
- Utilize relational database management systems (RDBMS) and Structured Query Language (SQL) to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct thorough program and production problem analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define system requirements, draft program specifications, and align technology solutions with business needs.
- Work on multiple project requests simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Participate in developing work plans and organizing project resources for optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Perform unit and integration testing and develop automated test cases

This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
