WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Job Summary
Responsible for partnering with campus teams and divisional BOS to complete specific Accounts Receivable billing, collection and reporting for the Company.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Supports assigned health campuses to provide specialized care analysis of managed care billing and collection functions to ensure monthly billing deadlines and collection goals are met.
• Audits managed care accounts and follows up on aged balances.
• Monitors, analyzes and works old Accounts Receivable balances to provide guidance to health campuses in collection efforts or uncollectable write-offs.
• Partners with Business Office Support Specialists to identify problem areas for collection and billing.
• Works as interim Business Office Manager where there are vacancies until the position is filled.
• Acts as support to maintain daily census, daily cash posting, and meets monthly Accounts Receivable deadlines.
• Partners with revenue cycle support team members with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 3-5 years

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
