Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Trilogy. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Verify that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
- Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily needs such as personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-quality team.
Travel Requirements:
The position may require regional travel or full travel, depending on the specific work assignment.

Requirements:
- Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification.
- Active and in good-standing Medication Aide certification (QMA, KMA MA-C).
- Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
- At least one year's experience as a Certified Medication Aide preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
