WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Job SummaryDirects clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancementin a flexible interdisciplinary environment in campus location/s, home health, and/or outpatient care.Adheres to compliance with state licensure requirements and the company’s policies and procedures,professional practices and ethical standards. Demonstrates accountability for and contributes to programdevelopment, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexibleinterdisciplinary environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
QualificationsEducation: Associate DegreeExperience: 1-3 years
Licenses and CertificationsMust hold applicable valid and unencumbered state license.Current CPR Certification for healthcare providers through CPR training that includes hands on practiceand in-person skills assessment preferred.
Physical RequirementsSitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently duringworking hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and writtencommunication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and allbusiness associates outside of the health campus.
