A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a home healthcare setting helps a patient regain and maintain mobility, strength, and a level of function that leads to positive patient outcomes in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Director of Clinical Services / Clinical Team Manager.

Qualifications :
- A person who meets and maintains the requirements for certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant established by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTO).
- Currently licensed / certified in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Lymphedema Certification
- Two (2) years’ experience practicing as a COTA; Home Health preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for the state of Florida.
- Ability to work with different personalities and conditions.
