Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and/or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination or is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- One year experience required, Home Health experience preferred
- Clean motor vehicle history, active driver's license for the state of FL, and vehicle insurance required.
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient’s capabilities.
