Key Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing vital HR support to our organization, including assisting with regular communication and offering initial guidance on employee relations and performance management.
- Supporting the identification of training and development needs and working closely with the HR Manager to facilitate necessary training.
- Helping with the administration of reasonable accommodations and participating in investigations of HR-related complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing HR data, including employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and turnover statistics.
