JOB SUMMARY
The Leasing Professional is responsible for executing the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The Leasing Professional will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction through the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting, qualifying, touring, and closing prospects.
- Proactively manage outreach and lead generation, converting leads into leases. This includes interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
- Provide a professional, positive, and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing material to include newsletters, market surveys, and resident activities.
- Uses property management software to track availability, record traffic, and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information about existing and future residents.
- Processing applications, leases, and move-in paperwork.
- Must assist and / or work during onsite events as needed.
- Improve resident retention and assist with securing renewals from existing residents.
- Walk tour route and show apartment homes ensuring they are up to the Company's standards, perform sparkle cleaning as necessary.

Hourly : $19.00
