Basic Requirements
- 5 years of proven success managing admissions/enrollment in competitive academic settings
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Commanding presence that inspires trust and credibility
- Expert-level organizational capabilities and multi-tasking prowess
- Demonstrated expertise with CRM/SIS platforms (HubSpot, Veracross)
- Proven track record in high-touch client service
- Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX, with capability to travel up to 20% domestically
- Private school admissions experience, particularly with premium family segments
- Sales or marketing background with emphasis on narrative development and relationship cultivation
- Knowledge of progressive education models and mastery-based learning approaches
