This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. Basic Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- 5 years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
- A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
- Exceptional team leadership abilities and a talent for inspiring high performance
- Significant experience working with school-age youth (5-18)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
