This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and leading workshops that inspire students and make learning exciting and engaging.
- Conducting daily motivation sessions to empower students to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Using innovative strategies and proven methods to ensure students meet their academic and personal objectives.
- Creating personalized motivational strategies to inspire self-driven excellence in students.
- Traditional teaching methods such as lectures and rote memorization are not part of this role.
- Disciplinary actions; instead, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Basic Requirements
- Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
- High level of energy and a desire to boost others up.
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
