This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of Guides who will implement Alpha's innovative learning system with uncompromising excellence
- Engineer comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for exceptional facilitation, engaging learning activities, and effective challenge resolution
- Deliver targeted, high-impact feedback to Guides that measurably enhances student engagement and achievement metrics
- Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating elite coaching methodologies that Guides can observe and implement
- Creating traditional lesson plans—our adaptive technology platforms handle content delivery while you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—when our standard is 100%, your mission is to ensure every Guide has the tools and mindset to maintain that benchmark
- Conducting conventional training sessions—you'll implement dynamic, experiential development that transforms Guide capabilities and student outcomes
Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in education, learning development, coaching, or related fields
- Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with evidence of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental capacities
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis with demonstrated ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
